Refund policy

We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear packaging with SKU label.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts on the day the tracking shows the delivery status) after receiving all items in the order and shipping them back to us within 7 days. after shipment to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the moment of the final delivery date and time of the package.

Please allow 5-7 business days from the day we receive your returned package for processing.

We will send you an email after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
